A Rosé Kind Of Day

Hello, on this humid Sunday! You haven’t met Willow yet. She is the founder of my blog, lol. Just kidding, she’s a chicken. I will give her credit for the name though. I have recently put my new logo up. I have to give major props to Rachel Rosa, an amazing artist that created my logo for me. She only had one picture of Willow and a few ideas from me. Let’s just say I’m pleased. A little about Willow; she’s an Americana chicken, who lays the most beautiful blue eggs, and she has a beard. Need I say more?

So, today we drink Rosé, to celebrate Whisking Willow! I’m enjoying this Rosé that I read about on the WNPR Food Schmooze, called 11 Minutes a refreshing dry pink wine that my husband even enjoys. It’s a perfect compliment to any seafood dish, light chicken dish, and also salads.
